If you are unreachable or refuse delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

While we work with major logistics companies, some remote locations may not be covered. We will contact you to find an alternative solution if necessary.

During festivals or adverse weather conditions, shipping may be delayed. We will do our best to deliver your parcel promptly.

Free Shipping: Available for prepaid orders above ₹999.

Nominal Fee: For orders below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹100 applies.

We cannot offer refunds for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or if the package is refused by the recipient after three failed delivery attempts.
