Women in Kullu and other parts of Himachal are as good as the men, from spinning Yarn to weaving shawls to raising cattle to knitting, making achar and badi and so many other feilds and all work is done by women, their contribution in weaving or handloom industry in Himacahal is immense As a brand, our effort is to support these local women through the Self Help Groups and braid together craft and culture, uplift the local craft and empower the local communities, our purpose lies in incorporating consciousness to all our business practices. The contribution of women weavers is invaluable, from Shawls, Pattis, Caps to Pulle footwear ,all are handmade by women artisans in Himachal following a long lineage of tradition. They are a reflection of ancient knowledge translated for modern lives.
