We are an online store and we do not have an offline retail store . Our main office is located in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. Our second office is in Solan, Himachal Pradesh and we dispatch most of our products from here.

Leaving few Variety of Stoles and Shawls, All other products are handmade and handcrafted

No, we do not manufacture these products, We work with a lot of local weavers, artisans and women self help groups and  hence we , ethically source our products from them.We also work on improvising the design and quality of the product.

Pine Needle Crafts and Hand Embroidered shawls are designed by us.

Yes, a few products like Pine Needle Craft, Hand Embroidered Shawls, Himachal Caps,Wall Frames, Chamba Thaal can be customized in size and design. 

Yes, you can have customized gift hampers from us for various occasions.

If you really want an item that is out of stock, you can contact our team on whatsapp or write to us and we will try our best to process a custom order for you. Please note that it is subject to availability of material.

We promise to deliver you a perfect product and best customer experience. Here are are some of the things you might want to know.

Our products are handcrafted & delivered to you after a thorough quality check.Minor inconsistency  in design or weaving or colour , if any is due to handwoven and   handcrafted work.You  can cancel an order prior to initiation of shipment. Once delivered the products cannot be exchanged.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item you had ordered.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

We do not ship internationally as of now but the facility will be up and running soon.

We would love to help you out with any queries or information you need. You can  write to us on our email ID – infohimachalee@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can email us on infohimachalee@gmail.com to inform about such a situation. We will try our best to get the same resolved if the order is not shipped.

Once you have completed the payment process, you cannot add or edit the order. You can place another order by selecting the additional items and completing the order and payment process for them.

To reset your password, please click on “Forgot Password” option available in the Account/Login page. Enter the registered email address and the link to set a new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID (Please note that the link expires in 10 minutes)

You can track your order using the tracking id sent to you by your delivery partner or whatsapp us on the number mentioned.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once it is shipped, and you still want to cancel the order there would be a deduction of INR 200, as the charges for packing and shipping charges. For cancellations, you can write to us at infohimachalee@gmail.com with the subject mentioned as ‘Order cancellation’.

We regret that you had to face this inconvenience. Here are some options: Try using a different browser or device if possible or write to us on infohimachalee@gmail.com or call/Whatsapp us on +919317288528 and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Most of our products are readily available except a few like pine needle craft and hand embroidered shawls. The making of each product is a process that involves numerous hands – each as important as the next.  We would appreciate you to Pre Order these and give us the required time to create the best piece of art for you. This also helps us engage with the artisans better and ensure that the work they do, is loved by you.

If an item you’re interested in is currently out of stock, you can sign up for notifications to be alerted when it becomes available again. Just enter your email on the product page, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.

We do not take orders over the phone. You will need to shop online on our website – www.himachalee.com
